All Sorts!

Going through a whole stack of loose paper and finding some interesting stuff I’d written down, but either never pursued or those ideas are just waiting to be completed, not in any particular order, and certainly not specific, some are ideas or notes to stories. Some of these ‘said stories’ are in the process of being written; or not…enjoy sifting through them!

The follow note is from my hockey series; supposed occurs at the time of the story: ‘Clash of Two stars’

Ashley Pearson & Sidney Crosby
– Three months before the ’05 draft during the the 2004 NHL off-season, Ashely whom is on the recovery from injuries she picked up during the season gets to take some time off and spend part of it over in Canada.
During her recovery she is allowed to get back to skating although not too much as she still needs to ease into the workload. She skates a lot with a group of players similar age to her and a bit younger, and it is during this time when she encounters hockey super star Sidney Crosby. She had heard about him previously but not seen much of him; the Penguins did mention they were interested in him as he is high on their draft list and it is during this short period she watches him play first hand.

Right from the beginning when these two meet there is interest brewing and the potential of a top line combination is also visible; however their personality clashes and fierce competitive nature proves difficult to overcome and causes plenty of tension.
When Crosby arrives at the Penguins after the completion of the NHL draft the media hype following him is huge, Ashley having seen it all before and knows what to expect steps in from time to time to help out. They continue to have problems getting along though until eventually one situation; involving Ashley’s father allows them to get along a bit better following Sid helping her out in return.

The Westlife kids, well some are my own made up kids for the lads & their partners; while others are in relation to the actual ones.

Samantha Erin Feehily (2000), Deaking James Feehily (2010), Rocco & Jay Byrne (2004), Rose Elise Byrne (2005), Molly McFadden (2002), Lilly Sue McFadden (2003), Dominic Filan (2005), Jasmine Filan (2009), Krystal Egan (2011), Broadie Egan (2012).

So far in the story series I’ve featured just Molly, Lilly Sue, Samantha and Dominic. Rocco & Jay are still to come as are the rest and Deakin isn’t far off. Honestly I’m kinda confused LOL. Better get back and check up otherwise I’ll get it all mixed up.

One of the main reasons I even created some of the kids; was because I had, at one point or another wanted to create a separate Wstlife-type series with only featuring the kids and their lives….but as yet this hasn’t panned out so it remains just an idea.

Westlife Trilogy 2002: Series Two.

 I have always said that Series 2 and 3; despite being under the umbrella of Series 1; they are not related. In some respects they are stories inserted in-between the rest yet have no bearing on the other. Confused? Yeah I am a bit haha! Well here are some ideas of series 2.

1st fic – ‘I lay my love on you’
2nd fic – ‘Bop Bop Baby’
3rd fic – ‘All or Nothing’
4th fic – ‘Bye, Bye Bye’
At the moment there is no 5th, might leave it at 4 or add a 5th. Yet to be determined.

Here’s the ideas for series 3

1st fic – ‘Return of the Kings’
2nd fic – ‘Home’
3rd fic – ‘I’m already there’

Like series two there is no plans in series three for a 4th and 5th, but alas you never know what is possible.

Series Two

‘I lay my love on you’ – 2001
Vickie is making one heck of a brave move as part of some bold steps in her life. She’s moving away from her family and current home of Sydney, Australia all the way to Co. Sligo in Ireland. There is going to be a lot of challenges for her to face with this move as she will be living basically in two separate places.
One, part of it she has an apartment she will be sharing with her best friend Nicole; whom too is moving over there, and the other, she will be spending with her boyfriend Westlife’s Mark Feehily and his family. At the time time she begins her study pursuits of a Business Degree and follows the band on their new tour which is bound to put some challenges on her and Mark’s relationship.

‘Bop Bop Baby’ – 2006
Mark and Vickie are in New Zealand to celebrate their first year as a married couple and will be in the country for three weeks. During this time Vickie gets roped into meet-ups with family friends and she is not looking forward to it. Some unpleased past creeps up for her. If this isn’t enough of a distraction and problem her and Mark are soon dealt an even worse blow with news from his family. It puts them in an extremely difficult situation and one of them needs to make a heart-breaking decision.
